Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor policies for legal and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct legal and regulatory research to support decision-making.
- Coordinate regulatory filings and responses.
- Review due diligence documentation for compliance.
- Manage regulatory deadlines and requirements.
- Assist in customer reviews.
- Maintain legal and compliance records efficiently.

Education and Experience:
- 2+ years in Legal and Compliance, preferably in a senior role.
- Bachelors degree in Law, Compliance, or related field.
- Understanding of legal principles and regulatory standards.
- Research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Experience in Credit or Financial Institutions preferred.
